By the end of 2021, Keltic Green, Inc. was no longer in business as per the Secretary of the Commonwealth:

Justin Smith’s short-lived company, of which Tyler O’Hazo was its Chief Operating Officer, had been dissolved.
Keep in mind, that right around this time—late 2021/early 2022—Justin Smith’s former business partner, David Giannetta is busy, busy, busy getting Community Care Collective ready for its big Opening Days.
Yes, plural. “Days”—because David Giannetta has a nearly identical “strategic alliance” with Jason Sidman/Sanctuary in Billerica as he does in Littleton for those two “money-printing” shops.
And yet, not even one of Justin Smith’s Keltic Green proposals ended in an HCA. This reality despite the fact that Justin Smith had his own “distribution agreements” with Sanctuary. This result despite having Tyler O’Hazo as Keltic’s COO.
I can’t help but feel like maybe Justin Smith got the short end of the stick when it came to securing money-printers for himself.
David Giannetta went two for two; Justin Smith was a strikeout—zero for three.
When I recently learned that David Giannetta and Justin Smith are related by marriage, I wondered how the holidays looked, back when David was racking up HCAs and Keltic Green was not.
Was there animosity? Jealousy? Tension at the dinner table?
Or maybe this whole “cannabis business” had driven a wedge between them and there was nothing left after their ugly and damaging fallout.
But then I found this:

It seems they were only on a break,
